How to develop money-making niche sites with WordPress?

I have an idea to some sites with wordpress to make money with this niche, I should create more articles/tutorials about wordpress and doing SEO for it to get a litte traffic from Google.

Are there any ways you know to make money from wordpress blog sites? please share your advice

I have thousands of ways.
Since your question is so broad:
1 - Create your own products (eBooks, video course, services)
2 - Affiliate sales of related /reviewed products or services.
3 - Duplicate your site (Flip clone, Multi-site package, Networked site package)

Thousands of ideas just in these three categories alone!

Never heard about this before, duplicate wp sites? mean duplicated content between sites?

I build authority sites for specific target audiences and monetize them with product sales, affiliate promotions and display advertising. I also build authority sites to sell services online. In my opinion, authority sites (small authority sites, not huge ones) are among the easiest and longest lasting business models you can make money with. The small authority sites I am referring to are basically just highly focused high quality niche websites that target a very specific audience using mostly SEO.

If you choose your audience wisely, the traffic converts in very high percentages. And you don't need a lot of traffic to make money either.

Not the "site" as you understand it, but the model. After you make a converting site in one niche, then you can create the same site for different niches (that means no duplicate content but most other build out is the same).

The best way that I found to make money from WordPress sites is in the targeted membership niche.

You create a great looking website and fill it with targeted information that is relevant to specific niche, for example Dog training.

Then you run the backend membership site using a plug-in, I recommend digital access pass and I use it on all my membership sites.

This allows you to sign people up to mailing list, but also signs up into a free account, where you can target them with free information, drip fed through the plug-in.

You can then offer a mix of upgrading their accounts and buying individual items to add value.

You can then clone this site structure, change the content to any niche and profits if you send really targeted traffic to it.

You make money by using the site by adding affiliate banners to it. You can also sell ad space if you are getting good traffic. You can create the niche site and even others and load it up with quality content, images and videos and then you can use backup buddy to zip up the site and sell it as a niche site over and over and even with PLR rights. You could also flip your site on flippa. If you sell it as a unique site you can only sell it once but if you don't say it's unique you can sell it over and over again just with a different domain each time.
