Are you doing SEO yourself or did you hire an SEO consultant? which is more advantage?

I wanted to increase better positions for my keywords on SERPs but feeling difficult when doing SEO for my keywords, it's better to find a SEO expert?

It is well worth your time to learn how to do on-page and site-wide SEO yourself. I don't think it is worth paying someone to do that part of it. It is too easy to learn and you should be integrating it right into the content creation process.

The part you might want to outsource is the link building. Building low quality links is easy. However, it is generally a waste of time and also could risk hurting your site depending on what you are doing. So don't even bother with it. And don't waste your time.

Building links that meaningfully affect your rankings is a much more challenging task for an inexperienced internet marketer/webmaster. You can read about link building and how to tell which links from which site and which page might boost your rankings substantially. But, you won't really understand what you are doing with links until you actually try it for yourself a bunch of times in a bunch of different situations. Once you get enough experience, then you start to realize which pages you are probably going to get a decent ranking boost from and how you can go about maximizing the amount of rank boost you get from a link.

Therefore, it might be in your best interest to outsource your link building. Good link builders aren't cheap though. It can get extremely expensive if you want to hire a white hat link acquisition specialist. You can get cheaper links if you buy them from someone who has their own network, depending on the quality of the network and how desperate (or not) the seller is.

Word of advice - don't bother hiring link builders from places like Fiverr.com. Generally, the link sellers on there lie and exaggerate the quality of their links. They prey upon people who don't know better. The best way to find a good link seller is to ask around. Ask people you trust.

My team tried a SEO service there and links came from profiles, it looks like created by an automatic tool.

That's reason why you have not recommended to buy links from places like fiverr, right?

It gets worse than that. People sell links on there from sites with Fake PageRank all the time. They also sell links on there from deindexed domains...:bash:

They sell links from crappy networks with spun articles on them when the sales thread says that the articles are high quality.

There are also many sellers selling things like blogroll links where the blogroll is total spam to a bunch of unrelated websites. That is one of the easiest ways to get a site whacked by Google Penguin. If you are going to sell a service that will result in negative SEO then at least advertise the service as a negative SEO service.

There are actually a very small percentage of worthwhile link generating services on there, but they aren't advertised as selling links. They are advertised as other things and it just so happens that you end up with a link and the link is actually a white hat looking link that will pass value if you push some PageRank to the source page.

Most of the sellers on there are selling junk links like forum profiles, link wheels with zero juice, social media shares sold as link building :violent: blog comments from totally over spammed blogs, article directory links, tons and tons of rel=nofollow links and all sorts of other completely worthless crap like that.

At my company there is a marketing department that is responsible for SEO. It's just two people but the work they've done so far is so great that we were able to catch a lot of new investments thanks to them.

So I think that you should do it yourself. You can choose one person who will do it or hire someone new. That person could work part time, like 3 days a week, that'll be enough for starters.
