how to delete this line in mydomain.com/sitemap_index.xml in Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin

Generated by Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin, this is an XML Sitemap, meant for consumption by search engines.

You can find more information about XML sitemaps on sitemaps.org.

It linked to Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin, I don't need this and want to change this text

Any suggestions?

You can delete the links from lines in public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css

find file xml-sitemap-xsl.php

and search text above and change to your text you want. It's safe to delete the links in paragraph that you mentioned above.
