One of my friends was looking to buy web hosting services of BigRock. Any idea on how they are?

Hey,
I've been using BigRock to host my site since a year and I haven't had any issues with them as yet. Their support team is quite responsive and they help solve whatever issues we have via tickets or even calls.

BigRocks Plans costs high but definitely worth enough as per their service point of view, go for hostgetor,or zettahost, tsohost, godaddy, waxspace, hostripple they are also nice
