I am having 5 websites on a WHM/cpanel server, its data is very large, about 35GB. How can I backup all databases and files/folders of these websites with WHM/cPanel?

If you have root access - this thread will help you backup to Amazon S3.
Beyond that, cPanel has the backup wizard - assuming your host enabled that in your features. With the wizard, you can have the backup on a remote FTP server.
You could also set a cron job to do that for you.

Whoops...I checked this article but it it pretty complex to follow and applying.
Do you have any easier steps to backup all websites and databases into a folder on my hosting and I can do that through WHM/cPanel or SSH? I didn't have Amazon S3 to apply like their guide. :)

Just configure your backup directory I.E mybackups in WHM > Backup Configuration, use the command below to trigger a backup manually, if you don’t want to wait for the next scheduled backup to run from ssh commandline:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup

After the backup is finished, go to your backup folder MYBACKUPS under accounts you will have all there, and move whoever you want.

Use cPanel backup system [ may be incremental or uncompressed because of the data size as it may take more CPU to compress - but these need more disk space than compressed to store backups ] and configure..thats the easiest and pretty straightforward. If its not your best fit, try other backup plugins like jetbackup...please note that you need to pay additional for such plugins.

The best option would be to backup your entire cPanel account through WHM daily backup and the same can be done through cPanel if you want your account backup to be downloaded
