Hello:

what would be the proper hardware for sending 40,000 daily mails.

taking into account that there will be 100 domains on this server.

more than 5000 email accounts

Is it possible to use a Vps in this?

CPU ?
CORES?
MEMORY ?
SSD ?
NETWORK

40,000 emails per day really isn't a lot. Almost any standard VPS could do this, HOWEVER, your biggest problem is going to be IP reputation management. If you plan on sending that many emails I'd highly recommend configuring outbound email filtering to ensure that you catch as many spam emails as possible.

Also, make sure to set proper DKIM, SPF and DMARC records for your domains for smooth delivery of emails.
