How do you feel about a spinner?

Has anyone used an article spinning software over here?

And does it work in saving money and fetching results?

Yes i had used article spinner once, content looked mess, I did not like it, It can spam the contents, Do not use it.

Nowadays, spinner is not helpful at all, it is time of panda and penguin which really doesn't like.

article spinners can be great for large projects but in the same token can be headache because some spinners are just horrible.

I haven't used an article spinner before but from everything I have ever read about them they sound like a huge waste of time to me, you're not creating quality content.
