Budget VPS hosting

Hi there,

I would like to know if you can offer your opinion to help me find an affordable VPS hosting with the features below:

1. VPS can run Linux OS 32-bit version 12.04.
2. 1GB ram
3. The host allows commercial permission based bulk emailing
4. I can set Reverse DNS entry

Do you require a managed VPS?
Do you need a hosting control panel?

Any sort of bulk emailing is SPAM is will not be permitted by any legitimate host.

-Not more than USD7
Do you require a managed VPS?
-No. As long as I can install Ubuntu-32 bit on it
Do you need a hosting control panel?
-No. I'll be using open source one.

Also how much disk and bandwidth do you need ?
-Not sure and not that big of a fuss. I will be using
the VPS for commercial mailing so any with 20GB+ disk
size and at least 1 GB ram 2 GB ram would be better
and your normal bandwidth rate would be good.

If you are sending bulk mail in a way that dose not get the ip ban you can use just about any vps. Look in the offer sections I am in there set your budget and buy one that is all it takes if you get report on the ip it will be null rooted. Hope this helps you
