What exactly do you need? An HTML template of how a blog post should look like? A plugin for SEO meta? Please be more specific.

If you're looking for an template so you can 'do' SEO easily, I'm not sure if that is the question you should be asking...

SEO must be tailored accordingly to your site otherwise it won't be optimised.

There are recommended formats for Title Tags and Meta Descriptions however. You can find a good guide to title tags here to start you off - https://moz.com/learn/seo/title-tag
