I have a VPS 6Gb of RAM, and I have a list 25000 subscribers, I want to send out newsletter to my list each months. I was recommended to use getresponse or mailchimp but they will spend more more money for email marketing.

I'm wondering are there any VPS providers that allow sending of mass emails? does this violate their TOS? How to send mass emails without any problems with my hosting providers?

Any suggestions?

That is a common problem.

Generally speaking, you can use your VPS to send emails to your email subscribers without any problem.

The problem is, many people claim they are sending email to 'Their newsletter subscribers', when actually they are just spamming. If you use the VPS to send out spam, you will find your IP blacklisted, and possibly your account terminated and even a IP cleanup fee charged.

Are there any way to avoid getting your IP blacklisted and making your emails go to your inbox of receivers?

"Warm Up" your IPs! Sounds funny when you say it but it is true. If you take a perfectly clean IPv4 address and start spamming (sorry, sending ;) ) 1,000 emails from it out of nowhere, it will get "dirty" real fast. Make sure you send out 50 emails, wait a few hours, try another batch of 50 - wait a day then send 100 and keep on sending more and more over a 3 weeks time. That should help. Also, don't forget MX and PTR records as well. Last but not least, take care of DKIM and SPF before you start sending even 1 email.

Very common problem.

95% of the vps providers does not allow sending of mass emails.

So before buy you must always read their TOS.

Sending mass emails from a VPS can be tricky due to TOS restrictions and deliverability issues. Check your VPS provider's terms carefully. Consider using dedicated email marketing services like GetResponse or Mailchimp; they're designed for this purpose and can save you potential headaches with deliverability and TOS violations.
