Best marketing strategies to get 1000 visitors per day?

I've just set up a new blog and I need to drive traffic to it.

What are the best marketing strategies to get 1000 visitors per day, including free and paid methods?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this amount?

1000 visitors are my goal

Comment on other blogs. Social media, related Forums, Guest Posts. Though 1k a day is a lofty goal. Possible, but going to take some work or really good content.

1000 visits per day is not big things as you may start some campaign with advertising portals. Just offer some rewards as people visits your sites and also do email marketing. This will flare your online presence and you get huge traffics

Hack google.com and redirect all traffic to your own site(s)?!?

Seriously, attracting 1000 visitors per day should not be as important
as attracting 100 interested viewers. Yes, I know the more visits you
have, the more successful you THINK your site is, however, if you have
1000 visitors and they all stay on your site for 4 seconds, what good is
that? I'd much rather have 100 people who stay a while and are actually
interested in what I have to say/offer.

If your site is niche specific, you need to get your link out in front of
as many "related" audiences as possible.

• Find forums that you can post in, NOT just IM forums like this one, but
  forums related to your niche. Create a blog and use as many of the social
  media tools as you can so that when you make a post, it automatically
  posts to FB, Twitter, etc...

• Write up some articles related to your niche and submit them to the
  hundreds of article directories out there. Even just a few well-written
  articles can generate massive amounts of traffic to your site. Just make
  sure they don't contain a sales pitch. And be sure to include useful info
  that will help establish you as an expert in your field.

• Create a FREE report, ebook, software or video tutorial and post it to
  as many "directory" sites as you can find.

• If your budget allows, get a Google Adwords or Facebook Ads campaign
  going. You could even try some ad-swapping campaigns as well.

• NEVER underestimate the power of classified ad sites. You say you just
  created a new blog, so try taking one of your posts and converting it to
  a PDF "report" and post a download link on Craigslist, leading to a download
  page on your blog site.

• Since you just started your own blog, why not contact owners of "related"
  blog sites and see if they'd allow you to guest post an article on their blog.
  Most blog owners will in turn give you a short plug via a "quick" bio blurb
  which would include a link to your own site.

  yourself heard by posting useful and insightful comments within the comment
  section of certain posts. Many blogs are set up so that you can include your
  website URL when making a comment. When someone clicks on your name, it

  higher click-through ratios)

  opportunity to share your content with all of their own fans/followers. Social
  plugins are very popular for one reason -- THEY WORK!

  and then submit your content. This will greatly increase awareness of your site.

Whatever you decide to do, just GET OUT THERE and START doing it!!!

Promote promote promote, submit articles, guest posting, linking your social networks and sharing quality post's back to your site. Using correct keywords & tags. You could theretically get those numbers using free methods.

If your just starting don't pay for traffic, use free methods first and if your site has quality eye catching content it will sell it self and the traffic will come.

As you know that content is king! So you can write more & more posts for your blog. The core idea is to reader interaction with including blog commenting, sharing your posts on social media profiles, subscribing your email lists, linking to your sites, offers the best services/products with quality images & many more ways there.

As someone above me stated, content is the king of the Internet right now so if you want to attract 1000 visitors per day you don`t need to use money, you just need good content with good on page SEO.

The only way I know how to be able to get 1k+ visitors a day, the whole year, is through SEO. My high traffic blog only gets 600+ visitors a day via SEO and the traffic converts really well. That means daily sales and email optins.

Most (if not all) free traffic sources will require you to keep doing daily activities to get visitors coming, I don't recommend this because you're no longer running a business, it becomes a job. I also use other marketing strategies for my high traffic blogs but I don't need to.

I really look forward to reaching 1k visitors through SEO only by April (remind me to post a screenshot ), which is not something that's hard I just need time to do it. Maybe I'll create a new post and build links for it or simply build more links for the posts that are already ranking well but not yet number #1 in the search results. Time will tell, I just have a lot on my plate at the moment.

My simple answer to getting 1k visitors every day, whole year is through SEO or paid traffic.

Choose a great design, write a great content and be helpful. You'll get backlinks normally as much as you help. If you are providing solutions, people will use to write your link elsewhere that gives you natural advantage. If you are making a downloads site, people will post your links to share downloads that gives you backlinks as a vote to increase it's ranking. Build more useful pages that also helps. The more your ranking on famous keywords is, the more you get traffic. Use Keywords planner to find out famous keywords, choose them for your website or blog then get backlinks to vote your website up that helps to rank higher than your competitors on keywords you have used.

That's a tricky one... I would say it's pretty easy to get traffic from reddit, but hard to monetize it

Content creation is easy and fun once you decide to focus your IM activities around what you love instead of trying to build another man's passion.

I don't go chasing everybody else's success - I pursue my own.
I create my own methods, concepts and twists on mainstream wants.
I am different and do things differently than the others.

You may build up something that produces for you but it will take a toll.
I'd rather do me and what holds will hold and what does not will not - and this is all good.
Because good things always develop from past "failures" because "failures" are just the steps

The best strategy I know to 1000 + visitors constantly is through search engine optimization. But for you to get 1000 visits a day you will need a keyword with high search volumn and low compitison that's getting 30,000 searches a month, which is not going to be so easy to find so I'll say that you try to optimize each of your post to rank in google, that way each post will bring in a certain amount of traffic each day that will adds up to 1000 or even more visitors a day. If you don't know anything about SEO you can pay someone $5 on fiverr to build backlinks and do keyword research for you.

Also, maybe focusing on the quality of traffic instead of quantity of traffic would probably give you much better results... So maybe consider that
