any business requers investment. This is fail strategy to start without investments.
But if you want so- the most easy way is to create a site for link selling. You need to choose niche. Write content. Then build links to your site. and in some time your site will get traffic or seo weight enough to can sell links and earn money.

As far as I know he didn't stated word "business", But anyways without investments anyone could try signing up on these three BIG COMPANIES to be an affiliate with products.
