When visiting a hosting provider's website, how important is it for you to interact with an AI assistant? Would you prefer getting instant answers from AI, or do you feel more comfortable speaking directly with a human representative?

I would prefer human over AI at times is best to deal with a human than a machine. Humans can assess the situation and can give customer confidence that issue will be resolved.

I really appreciate having both options. For quick questions or when I'm just browsing, an AI assistant can be super helpful with instant responses. But when it comes to more detailed or unique issues, I lean towards speaking with a human representative who can offer more nuanced support. Ultimately, a balance of both makes for the best experience.
