Best small VPS providers?

In the past, I used Ramnode and Vultr they were good VPS providers for me but when I have problems as Ddos attacks or high load on my server then their support was not really good or my server was suspended, now I am needing some best small VPS providers with good price but high quality, i don't want to go with large company because their support may be very slow, can anyone suggest me some providers to check?

Do you have any specific location in your mind, or it doesn't matter? Also would like to know the DDoS attack type and size.
