Can you guys tell me how to rewrite an article without plagiarizing? Is that possible and if we do that, it will consume more time than writing a new article from scratch?

If you are worried about plagiarizing then you will probably already fall into that category. Do your own research, take notes and provide credit and list your sources. There is nothing wrong with that. Good content takes work. If you won't read it yourself because it's maybe not that interesting, no one else will either
