Hetzner reset root password?

I have a server at Hetzner but today I tried to login into root account but I realize that I forgot root password. How to reset passwork for myself or do I need to contact Hetzner for this?

you should have access to a panel like SolusVm and you can reset your password from there

You will need to activate the rescue mode and then run passwd command to reset root password.
