hello , i would like to have vps , and i get this offer

All-in-one Management Panel
All the servers come with SolusVM, the industry-leading manager

all this for just 21$

the bad thing on that server not shows a live chat + i dont see any page for TOS - ETC

how old is the business also how much data traffic is included
at that price I would ask a lot of questions request a SLA and what is their uptime and money back policies

Probably some random scammers that'll likely go out of business (or jut go offline) out of nowhere. I'd advise you to stay away from them and get a cheap (reliable!) managed VPS instead.
