Is it possible to share PhpMyAdmin details without cPanel access (I meant password of cPanel)?

I have some other databases on this cPanel account and wanted to send to a web developer to check problems on my websites.

Share some thoughts on it!

Yes, Just make sure the passwords are the same.

Providing your developer the database connection string (Hostname, database name, username, password) will allow him access to the database remotely, but not access to your entire cPanel account.
