cphulkd down - How to fix it?

I am getting this error: The service "cphulkd" appears to be down and I recevied any emails about this, it says: The service "spamd" is now operational.
How can I fix it? should I upgrade cPanel or cphulkd?

Take a look at the cPanel documentation over here.
Restarting the service usually does the trick.

/scripts/restartsrv_spamd - Can you please try to restart the spamd service? Let us know how it goes.
