Dyndns vs Noip?

Did you guys use both Dyndns and Noip? Which is better? I used Noip but it is not stable and I am going to give Dyndns a try. Any advice?

We use ddnss(dot)org for some customers with dynamic IP, for the simple reason that you do not have to extend every 30 days

Works great until now

Dyndns is much better in terms of performance.

is there an alternative to Dyndns or Noip? Honestly I only know about these two providers.
