Best features you expect from a VPS hosting company?

What minimum features do you expect to have at a VPS hosting company?
What features you consider are premium and are willing to pay more for?
I am not talking about disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and all the features available in a standard cPanel installed.

Daily backups, 24/7 FAST response times, online chat for urgent matters, No over selling, discounted operating systems, wide range of operating systems.

Ability to install myself a VPS from a custom iso. I have find this feature at only few hosting providers.
I agree with Luxin for the support, but I prefer when I can create snapshot or get additional storage than a classic backup.

I consider customer care service as a great point to go with a web hosting provider. I have some knowledge about VPS hence I could choose a decent VPS for my site. Almost VPS providers are offering SSD, high RAM, CPUs, cPanel and I think it's easy to choose a good VPS today.
