Honestly, for most people it's more of a side income than a living.
Games like Axie Infinity had their moment but crashed hard. Most "play to earn" models are unsustainable long-term because the economy depends on new players coming in.
What actually works for some people is tournament gaming, streaming on Twitch/YouTube, or testing games for developers. But these require real skill or consistency, not just playing casually.
If you're earning decent money from it, would love to hear which platform or model you're using genuinely curious what's working in 2026.
