I do not know how to fix it.

I am sure SSH is running on the server, but I get this:

debug1: connect to address xx.xxx.xx.xx port 22: Connection refused

Any solution ?

Unfortunately without getting to the logs on the server it could be any number of issues. Do you have any control panel on the server, or perhaps some type of console access?

Getting at the logs likely in /var/log/messages (depending on OS) would be the fastest method to figuring out whats wrong.

Two possible issues :
1) your openssh-server isn't running
2) a firewall block the port 22

Is your server alive? Could be a number of reasons, but you should check if your server is online in the first place.

Are you sure that your provider didn't change the default SSH port number to any other?
