I've been looking at some different web hosting services and have noticed that OVH seems like it's a little too cheap in comparison to some of the other big hosting providers. I have never used them but looking from the outside it has me curious about their pricing. So, why is OVH so cheap?

I had a look on both dedicated server companies (OVH and SoyouStart ) seem SoyouStart has better pricing but not sure how their quality is. Do you guys try their services? Please give me a review?

Does anyone know how to cancel an OVH VPS? I tried to find a link for canceling the service but it seems not. I am using 2 VPS plans at OVH and wanted to cancel one to switch to a new VPS company.

I don't know why DigitalOcean is mentioned more than OVH when saying a VPS to start for newbies. Is DigitalOcean is better than OVH by cheaper, better networks or something else? or just DigitalOcean is promoted by their clients to new clients better on blogs or forums?
