Cloudflare is more economic with larger client based websites. Not worth the money for small blogs by all means. Moreover, any free trails for most programs are watered down, so you don't get to use them to their fullest potential.

You can, but facebook is getting even stricter on these types of businesses. They send out C&D's, threaten legal action and they even try to get client lists and amount earned from these types of businesses. Short term cash for sure. There is no longevity in this type of business

Another way is Media Buying. But you would have to find some high paying offers and a very, very good cloaker to achieve great success. I have yet to achieve great success at this :(

Took me a long time to find a decent code editor. I used to use Bluefish which was OK until I found Notepad++. They support several plugins and overall is really a nice program to use.
