I found more ads on social media today, especially Facebook, it has too many ads there and I could not find any useful information on this social networks. It is just a place for connect new friends and reading funny stuffs.

The theme loads not fast like other themes, I think it is by its theme framework which not optimized as well as Elementor. I have just bought a theme that using Elementor and i see that its loading speed is better.

This might affect to site performance?

I think this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/find-posts-using-attachment/ can help you out. Other than that, I didn't find a manual way to find which posts are using a media file. That could require a trick.
