I don't have a laptop right now. But, I'm planning on getting a laptop so I can do more work while I'm out. Laptops 15inch and smaller are great for portable use.

I want to say both.. I say this because to sustain a forum you need hosting, which means you need to pay for it. I know there's free ones out there. But I always prefer going with paid. Although I have a full-time job a forum can take its toll on your finances in the long run if you don't have...

Although my experience with WordPress is a little rocky. I still believe my general opinion is valid. The best way to battle spam is by moderation, approve accounts that register, approve the posts that they post. That's the ultimate key to dealing with those pesky spammers.

I agree with you here- I also believe that unless you've got a writer you probably won't have enough time managing both.
