I am in the same boat with you, I don't like free hosting control panels, because it lacks of features and supports. Nowadays, we can get paid hosting panels as Plesk or Directadmin with cheap prices, just a few dollars monthly.

If it was Php File size limit, that is easy to edit via php.ini file. Why you say it is a bug on CWP.

You can not compare a free hosting panel with a paid hosting panel even other paid ones out there could not compare with cPanel.
