Yes for this issue, i am using directadmin. I searched on DA forum and checked mail log but no luck. I could see the content of emails.

They didn't but I see that Directadmin has better performance than Plesk, consumed less RAM and speed up websites load faster.

I think you need at least a VPS to create shared hosting packages to sell, it is first steps to start a web hosting, anyway I have no experience on this because I have never started a web hosting company.
