    Check out here and take a look at VPS SSD 3, Yes, they are expensive but I never had any problems with them. There was only one incident where there was a fire in a datacenter and they gave a couple months free.

    Yes, I should have added that, having host in your name can benefit you. You can have staff, but maybe 2-4 because sometimes they just sit there and do nothing and when finally you get people they aren't interested and you have to fire them. Basically, look at what you need and plan accordingly.
