22 ‘Money back guarantee’
22.1 GB Host offers a 30 day money back guarantee
22.2 The Guarantee does not apply to Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates, Domain Names, WHOIS, Firewalls, Exchange Mailboxes or shared hosting service renewals.
22.3 To request money back under this guarantee Customers must first cancel their plan via ‘My account’ and then email support within the first 30 days of opening their hosting plan.
22.4 You acknowledge and understand that any services bundled with or attached to the service that is cancelled will be forfeited at the point of cancellation.
22.5 Where a Domain Name is bundled free of charge with the hosting package, the Customer will be liable to pay the yearly cost of that Domain Name. This charge will be calculated at the current market value. This charge will be deducted from any refund due.
22.6 Refunds can take 7 working days to be processed. Refunds will be made using the same method that was used for payment.
22.7 This policy does not cover accounts which have violated GBHost’s Acceptable Usage Policy. The Guarantee can only be applied once per Customer. GBHost reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without notice to You.
22.8 For customers who decide to pay using a monthly subscription, no claim can be made after payment number 2 is made for your service, or 30 days, whichever is sooner.
22.9 Day one of your service is defined as the date that your first invoice for your service is raised, this guarantee will cover this day + 29 consecutive days following this.
