If you want to become an expert, Lynda won't get you all the way there, but it's a nice start.

yes of course, Lynda.com is a great place to start with.
And besides Lynda, you learn as well from https://www.udemy.com/
Just type the subject you want to know/learn and choose for a free or (cheap) paid course.
Success!

Btw, are you working with Wordpress? They have also a lot of responsive themes to choose from.

As a full time marketer, my personal believe is to learn what is the fastest and easiest to get ranked. Wordpress has always been a great platform to set up and with so many great themes to build a responsive website without much coding, I would recommend anyone to use it. I remember when I first started, I seemed to be spending hours trying to learn and it was not until I changed to wordpress that my marketing career took off.

I guess the moral of the story is wordpress is much easier to learn in my opinion.
