We can try to develop high quality content based on users interest and their needs. Next is to promote that content on various platforms such as social media, blogs etc.. where many people can read, comment and share it and in return we can hope for a link. Or we can contribute our content on high authority websites and in return get a link.

First thing you need to do is get involved with a group of webmasters in your niche. Join the group. Over the next year build your relationship with the group Then ask for bcklinks on reputable members Home pages. :D

One of the ways I get my GOOD backlinks.

If you are trying to get high quality backlinks then you should always get backlinks only from high PR sites. Start using high quality contents in article submission and blog posting.

When I was new here, someone said that Backlinks are King and Content is Queen.

http://www.webmastersun.com/threads/7083-May-I-introduce-myself-

However, every one here seems to insist that to get good back links, you need to present high quality content to some one. I hope we are not down to the egg and chicken cliche of who comes first.

I am still in favor of the cliche: Content is King!

What says you?
