By voting these rules in place to both protect the members of this community as well as requiring a certain participation before people can start posting offers.
Since i can see a certain numbers of offers from some members with Hosting Provider tag/badge, in which i have personally visited their websites and found out that there is no business details, no ToS, no Policy Privacy. Which it makes me wonder how and for which rights they are allowed to collect users data/personal informations including credit cards! Also i would like to include to all companies/members that they want to sell in this forum, first to get a Provider tag/badge:

With this inciative, we would like to prevent users/community member from getting scammed at least not from this forum!

- You must have 15 (non-spammy) posts and have been registered on ForumWeb for 30 days to request a provider tag/badge.
- Requesting a provider tag/badge must be done by contacting any Administrator and Moderator of this forum.
- You must have a website with a proper ordering system ("email me for this deal" does not count).
- You must offer (i.e. VPSes or Dedicated servers) or at least shared hosting to get a provider tag/bagde.
- When applying please include the link to your public company registration in your country of registration, your company number, a link to your website and public WHOIS information.
- If you apply anyway and miss any of the requirements your application will be instantly denied and you will have to wait 15 days to re-apply for wasting volunteer time.
