Start with Checking Your Mouse
It May be due to over heating, computer viruses , software errors

Crtl + Alt + Delete and click Start task manager.

In Processes, you can find out which services are consuming most RAM and check if it can causes errors or problems that made your computer freezes

If your system configuration is good than I would suggest to delete your temporary files using windows key +r>> type “%temp%” without inverted commas>> delete all the files permanently.

For troubleshooting, you can check the error log file,

- For Windows you can check line in Eventlog file matching the time stamp for error reports
- For Linux you can check line in messages file file matching the time stamp for error reports
- For MAC in general you need to check the system.log file for error reports .

These are general logs, there are user application specific log files, which will be varied according to each distro.

If you can't see a any specific errors from software logs then check for any hardware problems, like faulty or insufficient ram, any bad sectors if using an(HDD), faulty or over heating processor or motherboard etc...

In Linux, you can check with 'top -c' command to see if any process hogging the system resource causing the issue, you can kill that process and in Windows you can use task manager and for MAC you can use Activity Monitor.

Follow the locations based on your windows version.

1. Go To Start-->Administrative Tools-->Eventviewer
or browse the folders to reach C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs

2. Right click on the Start button and select Control Panel > System Security and double-click Administrative Tool > Double-click Event Viewer> Select the type of logs that you wish to review (ex: Application, System)
