hello
maybe title is confusing.
I am running a small company with Plesk server and am designing custom sites for my clients
Recently I change my clients dns to use Cloudflare Free for performance and not using my server DNS
What the best to do, use my custom nameserves, Cloudflare or a company that provides DNS services

Thank you
PS
Is there any cons using CloudFlare?

For sure, you should use Cloudflare DNS and it is enough for you, instead of using DNS from your hosting.

It is fast, free, easy to update and control DNS there. So, you will hard to find any cons of using Cloudflare.

I agree with @Klaus Warzecha, there is no cons using Cloudflare, but I'm talking here only about their DNS hosting service. It's free, stable and fast DNS service and it's the best way to avoid DNS issues (redundancy, very long propagation etc..).
After, it's your choice to use their additional services (CDN, SSL, etc..), depending on the benefits it can provide to you
