Are the Rankings affected switch from HTTP to HTTPS?

As my experience, around 2 weeks when you moved HTTPS then your website traffic will decrease 1/3 or 1/4 on the total because Google or other search engines need to re-crawl your sites with new URLs "https" but after that your traffic will be back like before and can increase slight a bit but no more.
