I agree that Wordpress is the best one if it's in terms of ease of use and time of deployment. As you do not need to understand everything about it. It's pretty easy to use IMO compared to the other options you have mentioned.

I don't like WordPress that mach, but they have some of the best theme for coupons website plus endless plugins to tweak your website as you wish, Joomla will come second, don't even consider Drupal.

I have noticed that many of these types of websites are using CodeIgniter or CakePHP framework and php scripts, as opposed to using WordPress. WordPress would probably allow one to make the most customizations and optimize the template.
