Suggest a shared host with US servers

I want to sign up for a shared host with servers located in USA. I want to host three websites. These websites are small sites with less traffic, require under 10 GB of space, Wordpress sites, accept any hosting panels (Directadmin, Plesk, Cpanel). The most important factor is loading speed, it should be fast. My budget $5 to $8/mo.

We offer Montreal, Canada location which is not the USA, but not much difference latency wise, not enough to cause site performance issues anyway.

No doubt you already choose a new web host by now.
