I am getting this plan for $10 onetime payment for 3 years... So please tell me whether it is benefit to buy or not...also mention about reselling ideas

$10 for 3 years of reseller (or master reseller) does seem a little to good to be true with unlimited storage and bandwidth I would be cautious of it personally.
Also you are not clear if it is a master reseller account or the providers ' Master Plan '

That price is way too low for any hosting company to be able to provide you with sufficient resources or/and even decent specs.
10$ a month would be understandable but 10$ for three years is just the company saying I over sell my servers by a lot.

Pretty much you pay them $10 and they give you the logins to a free host account. You'll never hear from the guy again.
