For me,my providers reply time is 10 minutes for any support required. Its quite helpful and fast to me.time saving too.
I dont think you are every going to find a specific set time as support requests are always going to vary depending on the situation (not all problems are created equal). Also, Ticket Volumes will fluctuate.What is minimum time for a web hosting provider replys to customers' tickets?
For different hosting providers, I got replies after 2 hours to 5 hours to get their support for my hosting problems. Why they have differences like that.
