spamhaus zen

Hi everyone, My IP address get blacklisted 2 times when I check it with mxtoolbox (as the following image) I tried to submit it on spamhaus zen with hopes it will be removed from this network but no luck ( this image ) How can I remove my IP address from Spamhaus zen? If I could not...
