Just wonder, do you really need WHM cPanel for only one website, doesn't any other free panel work for you? Since you can get mentioned server for 5€/month in which only whm cpanel solo license will cost you 15€/month...

5 domains and would like to be a reseller. However, I could start small for now.

Well whm cpanel solo license allows only one domain/account, your best bet would be to look for reseller hosting plans in which would cost you less money. If your business grows, you can switch anytime to your own server.
