I'm about starting a blog and need to perform a thorough keyword research. Most of the tutorials I got online were pointing to Google Keyword Planner, but I've also heard of Bing keyword tool and how wonderful it could be. So, I want to know which of the two is the best?.

I want to start in a niche that has very low competition but, still profitable.

Both Bing and Google keyword tools are okay, however I will advice you go for that of google. Reason being that Google show much more broad matching than Bing. How do I mean? Google runs ads based on relevant variations of your keywords which includes: synonyms, singular/plural forms, unlike Bing which only trigger the display of your ads when all the words in your keywords has appeared.

For me the Google keyword search engine is more convenient than Bing. Google always update their system as well their applications. Google is updated to everyday, every minute and every seconds on what is happening around the world. You may use Bing but for my opinion most of the result are only ads that paid to Bing to shows in every search.

This is arguably one of the hottest topic circulating around the web. Though its not a new thing nowadays, people are still debating on which of the two are better. And if I were to join the discussion, both of them are okay, but I would say Google is better. Simply because Google has more relevant searches since they are maximizing keywords even from its deepest definition. Bing on the other hand, doesn't have that much capability compared to that of Google.

In my opinion bing is much better because it does not index all the pages on the website, only the highest authority unlike on google they try index every page on the website or put some record of it. And on bing they have a better understanding of things like pictures video and audio and they use that as a stronger component inside of their ranking algorithm while on the otherr hand google only focuses on text content.

Google now only shows very broad keyword search estimates like 1K-10K, 10K-100K, 100K-1M.
You have to sart an ad campaign to show more accurate data so it's pretty useless unless you pay.

I prefer Bing. It loads fast and can access in most country. Before whe I was not working in China, I used Google search. Google search engine is very fast in Philippines. But I did not expect that it is not working here in China. Bing can translate the whole web page from foreign language to English in seconds. No need to wait longer.

I would certainly go with Google. I say that because Google is much more popular and well known. I believe you will have much more success using google. Most people I know never bother with bing. It's all about Google these days. Google is always updating its system.

You can try both. Google and Bing are both useful. But if you would ask me, I prefer to use Google instead. When we talk about relevant searches, GOOGLE is my go-to plus everyone mostly use that search engine.

According to Netmarketshare, it is said that 78% of the World's Search Engine market comes from Google. Well that simply states that Google has a wider scope in this field than the rest. Although, I do admit that Bing also has its fair share of advantages, but Google takes the win from my perspective.

Google works better because it is already well known and you could get to many audience using that tool. Also, I heard that Bing does not work in other browsers so you have to take that into account. Goodluck on your niche!

I'd say both tools are okay. I'd choose google keyword tool. Convenience is the keyword here. And I get a virus concept when I hear Bing so I don't go with anything with Bing.

First, you should know your objectives in using these tools.

Google AdWords is the largest and most used search engine in the market.

You said that you want to use these tools to research niche that has low competition but profitable. If you will use these search engines to search for a profitable niche, I can say that you can use both.

You will need to use Google Adwords and Bing Ads if you would like to promote your website or blogs so that more people will be able to find your website. You need to pay Google and Bing Ads for keywords that you will use to promote your website or blogs.

If you just want to find a good keyword to use, try to check Jaaxy. This is a tool that can help you find profitable keywords.

I hope I was able to help you!

Now a days you need more updated apps like Google for you also get updated and latest answers for your research work! Over Bing, I would prefer Google because is quite more updated and faster than Bing. There's no harm on trying. Or you can try it both and what is difference between them.

Quite frankly it is time to just surrender, submit, and accept google as the overlord.
Why?
Because it's faster than bing, it's broader than bing, and it is constantly being updated. (on the nanosecond)

We sometimes have to just accept superiority of one product over the other. Bing is just not going to make it.

For research keywords google is better than bing because of its advanced feature, you can also use bing then comparison which keyword is more popular then it will be good for your blog. But between these two google will go first.
