What do you mean by speed, do you mean speed of the website or speed of delivery of the product?

I thing for establish any business or services quality and speed both are importent.To get a success of any business. You can't deny any of these thing

I think that quality service plays an important role in online business but also speed is important because you can accept and quality service with low delivery of product
