How do you feel about spending 8 hours a day in your office or more than that? which one do you prefer if you have a work from home that generating income the same as salary you are earning from your office?
Do you like waking up early in the morning, driving to work, reading emails, talking to customers, etc..in your office?

I work from home, as a matter of fact I've never worked for somebody else, I decided to start my own online business and to be honest is the best thing I could have done. I love what I do and I love the fact that I don't really need to work my ass off all day long in order to make a profit, I work 2 hours a day and I'm doing great, I outsource most of my work so I don't get all stressed all the time as many people do in their day job, I spend time doing what I want when I want, this is all thanks to online marketing.

As to income I will quote something Bob Proctor once said and really made an impact on me.
The worst thing you can do to earn money is work
- Bob Proctor

I should explain what he means with this, if what you want is to earn a lot of money 'working' is the worst way to do it, if you consider what you do for a living working then it's probably not good for you, let me clarify this, in order to earn a lot of money is best to do something you LOVE, and you would do even if you were not earning a dime.

Finding your passion and making a living out of it is the best thing you could do, you will be more productive, happy, and goal oriented :)

I have tried both and I liked the flexibility of working from home. However if you're not used to that setup,

1.) You might be more distracted with the other responsibility on your home.
2.) You might have a hard time figuring out the "Work" time and "Family" time. When I first started out working from home, I found myself working 12 - 15 hours and didn't realize that I was working more time than I was on my office.

I've worked from home for a few years now, and for me - someone who is extremely introverted and not social at all, it's perfect. Yes, there are certain times I prefer working in office, but I like not being forced to get dressed, not leaving the house, being able to eat whenever I want, and using my personal laptop to mess around on the net while working.

I used to be a server. I have been working from home for about a year now. I enjoy it but I also dislike it. I make money and everything is taken care of for me but sometimes I feel I need to get out of the house and go to work or do something. I do as well get side tracked by housework but whats good is my fiancee is sitting here still working while I take care of everything. It just all depends I think on if you can be productive at home or you feel you need to go to an office or whatever to be productive.

Like Katniss said, a lot depends on the type of person you are.

Some can achieve a lot at home, on their own schedule. Others need the pressure of a boss pushing them.

Some like to be surrounded by people. Others like to be by themselves.

Some like the freedom to work for themselvs. Others prefer the security of a weekly pay check.

Find what works for you!
