My tried and tested choice would be to go for Drupal 8 because of its builtin security modules, and as its very secure, it's one of the best CMS's choice for online business.

I have always recommended Sunshop. It is not a free platform, but is very well supported and provides good technical support when you do run into issues with setup, etc.

Using Wordpress for eCommerce but I agree that Shopify is also very easy to use and has a trial for you to try and check out.

If you want to do everything yourself, then WooCommerce can be one good choice to use with WordPress. There are also other shopping carts like Magento, open cart, tomato cart etc. If you don't want to work on backend then shopify is lot better option. You can design your theme, add products, add different payment gateway etc. So on that point I'd recommend shopify. You can also hire some developer and VA to get this done. Either WooCommerce or Shopify can save your time.

For E-commerce websites, the best option is Joomla and Shopify where you can easily add, update or delete the products anytime.

I would go with Shopify and Oberlo. Shopify because it is popular and has been around for many years. People tend to go for what other people are going with or what they know best. It is also very straight forward to use. You can also find many tutorials on how to use it on YouTube or by searching on Google.

Oberlo is like a personal assistant to Shopify. You can perform tasks on Shopify via Oberlo with just one click. They also have a tutorial on Youtube and you can sign up to their newsletter.
