I am in the process of creating a newsletter that I don't particularly want to be web-based and may send it as an attachment through Aweber. The problem is I've heard that Aweber sometimes has problems with attachments and so I'm a little afraid to try it.

Have any of you here on the Forum used Aweber to send attachments? If so, please tell me if it worked out for you. The other option I have considered is to simply use Aweber to send a link to the pdf where I have it in a shared folder on Dropbox.

Please advise. Thanks

Rhonda

Hiya Rhonda,

Personally I would go for the solution to have a link to the pdf document as that way you minimize the email file size... and prevent any performance/delivery issues... The other reason is by having the link to your website - is that you can then use that as an opportunity to provide more info, perhaps even promote/make a sale etc... with people having to visit your site ;-)

Regardless of that I'm sure Aweber is solid enough to work with attachments... I would be very surprised if that was not the case given their costs and position in the market...

Cheers,

Sid
