Researching keywords on Google search results I found some twitter pages can be listed on first page with my keyword searching.
Why Twitter could do that and Twitter is really useful for SEO for my site?

It depends on the keyword and it's competition as to whether or not a Twitter page would come up on the 1st page results.

Regarding your question about whether Twitter is really useful for SEO... You can't base your whole SEO on Twitter, but it can have some influence for sure. Regardless of SEO, Twitter is a great platform for marketing and traffic that should not be ignored.

I don't think Twitter is that useful for organic SEO search. It more of a tool to use when you have fan that follow what you do. I use Twitter but I would never waste my time trying to find keywords to rank as it would be to competitive. Remember Google loves unique content and twitter does not allow much of it with the one lines.

I agree with you, I might be low competitor keywords so that Twitter page could get high positions on search results

Obviously but I think it could get a bit more traffic if we have twitter page on first page of google.

While I do the see occasional Facebook fan page when I'm trying to get ranked for a particular keyword, I've never seen a Twitter page. It must be really low competition -- as in the keyword isn't getting searched for much. Are there any paid ads on the page? Have you checked the Google keyword planner? If there are no paid ads and the Google keyword planner shows a really low bid price for that particular keyword, it means it doesn't get much traffic -- the only reason a Twitter page would show up.

All Social Media will help you to get good ranking. try to post fresh and unique content in your social media pages and promote your products with offers. The content What you write is most important here. Even yo can send invitation to your friends and other to follow your page or like your page. this would defiantly help you to get more traffic on site. Make sure that you will be available for visitors or client on social sites always.

I tried blasting to twitter, and by sharing to forums to assist me in sending through twitter recently. Though I have them share that out, it's still in experimenting stages for me. They contain my website links. I just started in Twitter by the way, and hope to get a good ranking in the future.

I tried "search engine watch" keyword on Google. It shows me profile link with horizontal arrow on tweets. We can see around 5 latest tweets without going to twitter.
