no, you must have a credit card to verify your paypal account, that is how I did mine.

Other options

I set the maximum amount to receive and have it flagged for me to review and approve. Also I don't accept payments from countries that have a high fraud rate.

Lowers my disputes a ton.

Yes, there is an option of verifying your PayPal account without a credit card. You can do it by linking your bank account, though the option is for US bank accounts.

That's correct! You an verify the Paypal account using your bank account without sharing the credit card details. There should be proper fund in your account so you can purchase the things from it.

I don't know if it is available in your country, but I verified my paypal account using a virtual credit card. It's convenient to use without exerting much money. If it is not available I guess your next option is to verify it using your bank account.

Yes you can! You don't need a credit card to verify it. You can link your bank account or debit card if you have one. For me I linked my paypal account with my debit card. I think it is much safer.

I read something about a member who has a problem verifying her Paypal account, which I have the same problem, too. She's been trying to contact Paypal, yet was told that verification are only for US and other countries. I don't know if that's really true. I tried confirming my linked debit card on my Paypal, yet I haven't received any Paypal code to verify. I've been having problem with the verification process. So, you really should link a credit/debit card to your Paypal or a checking account.

You will need a credit card to verify a PayPal account. As to my experience since I don't have a credit card yet I used my bank account to activate my PayPal account, you can also use debit card they also accept it.

No! You must have a credit card and a bank account. They need this to linked into your paypal account.

Well you need to do these to verify your PayPal account in my experience:

- Bank Account (they deposit 0.01 and have a code)
- Address (A letter is posted to you with a code)

You can use your bank account. Payooner cards are no longer accepted for verifying Paypal account. You don't have to have a credit card, a debit card linked to your bank account can also do it

No, the PayPal wont let you verify your account, unless you will link another card to your PayPal. To verify my account I make a PayMaya it is free like paypal I linked it to my paypal to fully verify my account, but you must have 3$ in the account that you will link with your paypal, you can still refund that 3$ after the verification.

You can verify your Paypal account through the use of bank account and debit card if you don't have credit card. But you could also use a virtual prepaid card like Paymaya but its availability is dependent on the country. It is essential to verify and encourage to,so Paypal could be safer for everyone. With a verified account you will no longer have limits on your withdrawal. I really suggest a verified Paypal account to untangle limits.

No! Absolutely not! Because you need 2 cards for that. One card is responsible for inputting money to a registered account where you can withdraw it in cash. The second one is for the payment to be made in paypal. This card is used or shopping and buying stuff in the internet. The second card also involves the need for withdrawal limit. This limit pertains to the amount you can transfer from paypal to the second card. The need for this limit is that in every transaction paypal get the service payment.

In order also to verify paypal, it would take at least $2 for verification and then later on returned back to you.
